Hold Harmless Clause

Hold Harmless Clause: The Entrants assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment vehicles or other property brought upon the premises and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Mounds Annual Car Show and it Committee Members, volunteers and attendees against all claims or expenses for such loss, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of use of space at the event. The Exhibitors/Vendors/Entrants property or loss of revenues and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor/Entrant to obtain such insurance.
